Tonight went extremely well. We had roughly 20 people there including some from Sonrise. El Cajon was awesome but didn't have as many homeless as we expected. We did meet a few really cool people that were able to use a lot of our supplies. After waiting and walking and talking for quite awhile we decided that there was more to be done with the 6 or so pizzas we had left over. Before it got too late some of us rushed downtown to try and give away as much as we could of what we had left. We were kind of worried that people would be sleeping and bothered if we woke them up but everyone was very appreciative. We split up into two group and all of the food and supplies went very quickly. We ended the night with two me named Donald and Bryan. They were extremely inspiring and made a big impact on our group. I am so glad God is opening doors for us to continue this ministry and I can't wait to see what He has in store!
